Preparation :
IDLY: Mix 2 cups of Tayyaar Idly Podi, salt and water. Blend it in a mixer to make a thick and smooth batter. Keep the mixture for 12 hours. Pour the mixture in the Idly maker and steam it for 8-10 minutes. Serve hot with sambar or chutney
