Ingredients: Meat (Cut into pieces)- 1 Kg., Tayyaar Meat Masala- 4 tbsp, Onion sliced-2nos, Sliced small onions- 1/2 cup, Garlic chopped- 10 cloves, Ginger chopped- 1no. medium piece, Curry leaves- as required, Coconut pieces-1/2 cup, Cooking oil- as required.

Preparation: Marinate Meat with Tayyaar Meat Masala with required salt for 30 minutes. Heat the oil in a pressure cooker. Add coconut pieces and fry till golden brown. Add small onions and curry leaves and saute well. Then add onion, ginger and garlic. When the onions become soft add marinated Meat and fry for 10 minutes in a low flame. Add required water and cook until Meat is don. Garnish with curry leaves. Serve hot with rice/chappathi/parotta.
