Mix well Tayyar puttupodi with salt as required. Add lukewarm water little by little to it and mix well until the flour becomes crumbly and moist without any lumps. Layer the puttu maker first with grated coconut at the end. Steam for 10minutes .

Preperation :
Mix Tayyaar Chicken Kabab masala with egg , garlic ginger paste , add chicken pieces and keep it for ten minutes for marinating Deep fry chicken pieces in boiling oil till colour turns to red , tread chicken pieces on to skewers, brush butter and grill till done.
(this masala can be used for regular chicken fry preperations )

Preparation : Mix Tayyaar Easy Palappam Mix, 6 glasses of luke warm water,5 tbsp of sugar and 1/4. tbsp of salt . Blend it well in a mixer for a minute to make smooth batter. Keep the mixture for an hour.
Then make hot easy Palappam and serve with chicken stew / Vegetable Stew Note: Fermentation Period may vary according to the room temperature.
